We have between 4-8 investors going to NE England, Wales and Scotland every week viewing some of the excellent high yielding property we source and recommend. We can show you round some of the excellent high yielding areas we target.

We also have local teams wherever we do Overseas deals, so if you would like to visit any of the locations we target - such as the Czech Republic.

We can collect investors from local airports or train stations, or you can drive up and meet at our offices.

To be honest most people that come on our viewing trips are very pleased with them, and it also gives reassurance about the area and who will manage the properties. Only around 20% of our investors do visit the areas before buying, but it is a good option if you would like.
